IMPORTANT MEETING INFORMATION |
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY We look forward to welcoming you to our monthly meetings and understand that unforeseen issues may sometimes prevent attendance. To ensure the Society can effectively manage costs, particularly those related to catering, the Board of Directors has unanimously implemented a No-Show Policy. Food and beverage costs have increased significantly each year, and the Society incurs substantial expenses for each member attending the meetings. We are also charged for registrants who do not attend. POLICY DETAILS Cancellation Window
No-Show Fee ($50)
Thank you for your cooperation in registering timely and canceling your reservation if you cannot attend. This helps us manage resources efficiently and continue offering high-quality events. | GUEST POLICY To support professional engagement and maintain the educational integrity of our programs, the Pittsburgh Ophthalmology Society welcomes the following guests to attend monthly meetings
POS limits guest attendance to medical students and licensed physicians to foster a collegial environment for shared learning among professionals actively engaged in or entering the practice of medicine.
